Lacrosse

Club Name: Lacrosse

Club Description: Lacrosse is a club sport, pending formal recognition by the IHSSA. Lacrosse provides a fast-moving physical sport for EHS boys. Lacrosse is a spring club and supported by the EHS Athletic Department. 

Club Activities: Students meet two times per week in January and February, and then up to five days a week in March, April, and May. Lacrosse has 16 scheduled games against local high schools include Penn, Northridge, Mishawaka, St. Joe, Laporte and more. Lacrosse competes in the IHSLA and travel to some competitions in the state. There is a year end tournament.

Meeting Location: In winter, lacrosse meets in the EHS Fieldhouse. In March, the team plays on the EHS (Charger) football field.

Meeting Times: Students practice after school. The season runs from January through May.

Eligibility Requirements: Students must complete all requirements determined by EHS Athletics and the IHSSA.

Cost for Participation: A $40 athletic fee is required as in all EHS sports.
